摘要
以云南某地方高校28名大学英语教师为研究对象,通过问卷调查、访谈法对他们培养学生英语自主学习能力的信念和行为进行调查分析。结果表明:教师的信念和行为在第一个维度,即教学的目的和要求上处于较高水平,但在其他三个维度上,即学习目标的制定和规划、学习方法的使用和对学习过程的监控和评估,处于中等偏上水平;教师的信念和行为之间存在正相关关系;教师的信念和行为受到大学英语教学评价、教师、学生等因素的综合影响。
The paper takes 28 college English teachers of a university as objects,and investigates and analyzes the beliefs and practices in fostering autonomy in English learning among college students through questionnaire survey and interview.The results show that teachers perform relatively well in the first aspect,the aim and requirement,but not so well in other three aspects,the setting and planning of learning objectives,the use of leaning methods,and the monitoring and evaluation of learning process;there exists positive interrelated relationship between the beliefs and practices of teachers;the beliefs and practices of teachers are influenced by many factors such as the reform of college English,teachers,and students.
