角色互换考核法结合视频授课在助理全科医师技能培训中的应用

摘要 目的探讨住院医师规范化培训技能培训方法以提高培训质量。方法选取2015级30名助理全科学员作为对照组,2016级38名助理全科学员作为实验组。实验组在技能培训中使用角色互换考核法结合视频授课培训方法,对照组采用常规培训方法。培训结束,对技能培训带教满意度、执业助理医师资格考试通过率、结业考核通过率进行调查。结果实验组学员的理论考试成绩为(91.86±4.47)分,对照组为(86.72±5.03)分,两组成绩比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组单项技能操作也优于对照组;实验组学员对新模式带教满意度较高;学员的沟通交流能力、语言表达能力、自主学习能力都得到了提升。结论多种培训方法并用能够有效提高助理全科医师规范化培训技能操作水平,为学员成长为合格医师奠定坚实的基础。 Objective This article aimed to explore the skill training methods in the standardized residency training to improve training qualities.Methods A total of 30 general physician assistants of year 2015 were selected as the control group,and 38 general physician assistants of year 2016 were involved in as the experimental group.In the skill training courses,the method of video lectures and role exchange assessment was applied in the experimental group,and their satisfaction degree for skill training,the passing rate of assistant practicing doctors'qualification examinations,and the passing rate of the graduating examinations were investigated.Conventional training method was used in the control group.Results The investigations and analysis of the experimental group showed that the assistant practicing doctors'qualification examination scores of the experimental group was(91.86±4.47),and that of the control group was(86.72±5.03).The difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of operational skills of the experimental group was also better than that of the control group.Students in the experimental group have higher satisfaction with the new model and their communication skills,language skills,and self-learning abilities have been improved.Conclusion A variety of training methods can be used to effectively improve the standardization of the training skills of the general physician assistants,which will lay the foundation for the students to become qualified physicians in the future.
