双导师制在住院医师规范化培训中的应用与思考 被引量:12

摘要 目的将双导师制应用于住院医师规范化培训并评估实施成效。方法通过双重身份职责界定遴选出住院医师导师52名并与住院医师进行师生配对。制定考核评价制度,并从住院医师、导师和专业基地教学主任3个层面进行自制问卷调查,评价住院医师导师制实施成效。结果88.5%的导师能够按要求制订全程住院医师培养计划,全体住院医师、住院医师导师、专业基地教学主任认可导师制对住院医师临床能力培养和日常管理成效有帮助,67.3%的导师和84.5%的住院医师认为导师制对住院医师科研创新能力培养有帮助,88.5%的导师和81.7%的住院医师认为导师制对住院医师沟通合作能力有帮助。结论在住院医师规范化培训过程中实施导师制,对加强住院医师规范化培训管理以及提高住院医师规范化培训质量有积极的促进作用。 Objective This study aimed to evaluated the effects of double tutorial system applied in the standardized residency training.Methods A total of 52 tutors were selected according to the double roles and corresponding responsibilities,and they were matched with the resident doctors.After formulation of the performance evaluation system,the effects of tutorial system on the standardized residency training of resident doctors were evaluated with self-designed questionnaires on residents,tutors and educational deans of the training base.Results 88.5%of the total tutors could design the whole course training programs for the residents as required.The effectiveness of double tutorial system on the standardized residency training and the everyday management was confirmed by all the residents,tutors and educational deans of the base.67.3%of tutors and 84.5%of residents believed that tutorial system was beneficial for cultivating the innovative abilities of the residents.88.5%of the tutors and 81.7%of residents declared that tutorial system was helpful for the improvement of communicational and cooperative capacity of the residents.Conclusion Application of double tutorial system in the standardized residency training has a positive role in improving the management and enhancing the quality of training.
