摘要 目的了解天津中医药大学评教结果的影响因素。方法对天津中医药大学2016级学生进行学生评教影响因素相关问题的问卷调查,统计分析采用描述统计,并计算各问题结果的发生率,用卡方检验进行组间比较。结果收回有效数据203份,回收率99.02%。在与教师相关联问题中,对评教具有影响的百分比由高至低的排列为:教师的外表和气质;教师和学生的亲近关系;教师结课时做考前复习;教师结课时划重点范围;教师批评学生;教师的职称;教师的性别。与学生相关联问题中,对评教具有影响的百分比由高至低的排列为:学生所得到的平时成绩的好坏;学生取得的期末成绩好坏;知道成绩前和后;评教时学生情绪好与坏。与学校相关非教学水平问题对评教具有影响的百分比由高至低的排列为:不同的课程、你所学的专业一年后停止招新生。结论诸多因素影响学生评教结果。 Objective To understand the influential factors of evaluating teaching results in Tianjin University of traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods A teaching survey was conducted among the students of Tianjin University of traditional Chinese Medicine regarding to the factors affecting the evaluation of teaching.The statistics were used to analyze and calculate the incidence of the results of each problem,and the chi-square test was used to compare the results between the two groups.Results 203 valid data has been recollected and the recollecting rate was up to 99.02%.Among the problems related to teachers,the percentage of teacher's influence on teaching evaluation is as follows:teacher's appearance and temperament,the closeness between teachers and students,teacher's review before examination at the end of class;teachers to draw key areas at the end of class,teacher's criticism of students,teacher's professional titles,and teacher's gender.Among the related problems,the percentage of students who have influence on teaching evaluation is as follows:the usual grades of students are good or bad,the final grades of students are good or bad,before and after the results are known,and the mood of students is good and bad when evaluating teaching.The percentage of non-teaching level issues related to the school that have an impact on teaching evaluation is from high to low as follows:different courses,your major stops recruiting students after a year.Conclusion Many factors affect the result of students'teaching evaluation.
