摘要
目的了解我院住院医师规范化培训师资的情况,比较师资自身有无参加住院医师规范化培训和师资培训对带教效果的影响,探索培养更优秀的师资从而规范今后的住院医师规范化培训培训提供重要的依据。方法采用问卷调查法对我院各专业基地师资库内的师资以及2014—2016级住院医师规范化培训医师进行调查研究。结果三类师资:A类师资(既自身完成了住院医师规范化培训同时参加过市级及以上专项师资培训),B类师资(自身未参加住院医师规范化培训,但曾参加师资培训班,取得市级及以上专项师资培训的师资培训合格证),C类师资(自身未参加住院医师规范化培训,也未参加市级及以上专项师资培训),A、B类对住院医师规范化培训培训内容与细则更为了解熟悉,能根据标准要求培训住院医师规范化培训医师;A类在学生对其评价的带教态度,带教内容与方法,带教效果等方面优于B类、C类;B类优于C类。结论住院医师规范化培训师资中自身参加过住院医师规范化培训和取得过师资培训合格证的师资带教能力和效果更优秀。
Objective To realize the teachers' qualification of the resident standardized training in our hospital, to compare whether the teachers parteipate in resident standardized training and the effect of teacher-training quality, and to explore the cultivation of more excellent teachers, in order to provide important basis for the normalizationof resident standardized traintng, Methods Adopting questionnaire survey to investigate the teachers of teaching pool in all the professional bases of our hospital and the teachers of resident standardized training between grade 2014 - 2016. Reaulta Threo typos of teachers: type A: ( not only have completedresidem standardized training, but have paticipated in the special teacher training of munieipal level and above); type B: ( have not attended resident standardized training, but have joined the teacher-training classes and got teacher-training certificates for special teacher training of municipal level and above); type C; ( neither attended resident standardized training nor joined special teacher training of municipal level and above), teachers of type A and B are more familiar with the contents and detailed rules of resident standardized training, and can train the resident doctors according to the standard r^quirements, teachers of type A are supeior to type B and C at the aspects of students' evaluation on training attitude, training contents and methods as well as training effects, Type B was superior to type C. Conclusion The teachers in our hospital who have participated in the resident standardized training and obtained teacher-tralning certificates are evidently superior to the other teachers on training ability and training quality,
