摘要
由于室内台架试验道路模拟试验能够有效缩短产品开发周期,降低研发费用,逐渐成为了各主机厂进行产品开发验证的主要手段之一。本文以某重型车发动机悬置支架为对象,首次搭建发动机悬置支架多轴加载试验台架,通过开展载荷谱采集、数据处理、模拟迭代、损伤分析等方法研究,再现发动机悬置支架在车辆行驶过程中的振动状态,且台架迭代精度较高,试验重复性好,能够快速高效的完成发动机悬置支架的可靠耐久性试验验证。
As the indoor bench test road simulation test can effectively shorten the product development cycle and reduce the R&D costs,it has gradually become one of the main tools of product development and verification for each OEM.In this paper,the engine mount bracket of a heavy-duty vehicle is taken as the object and the multi-axis loading test-bed for the engine mount bracket is built for the first time.Through the research of load spectrum collection,data processing,simulation iteration,damage analysis and other methods,the vibration state of the engine mount bracket in the vehicle driving process is reproduced,and the iteration precision of the test bed is high,the test repeatability is good,and It can quickly and efficiently complete the reliability and durability test of engine mount bracket.
