摘要
随着我国汽车产业的发展,产品开发需求日益旺盛。如何缩短开发周期,降低成本成为十分必要的研究课题。采用室内的整车道路模拟试验有助于综合发现产品缺陷并针对缺陷快速进行优化设计,达到提升产品质量的目的。在整车试验过程中,由于汽车零部件类别多、数量大,所以提前预判具体的失效部件难度大,进行相关的疲劳测试周期长、成本高。因此,快速发现失效零部件并提升其质量成为影响整车产品的开发周期和成本投入的重要内容。文章从轴耦合型道路试验的研究出发,通过室内道路模拟复现实车载荷传递的做法得到零部件上的真实载荷,有针对性的地对失效部件进行疲劳试验并验证零部件质量。与传统的验证过程相比,这样的改变减少了大量的前期准备工作,可以有效节约成本,缩短试验周期。
With the development of China’s automotive industry,the demand of design and development vehicle is increa-sing.How to shorten the development cycle and reduce costs has become a necessary topic.Indoor road simulation test is helpful to find product defects synthetically and optimize the design,then improve product quality.Large quantities of components and parts caused to difficult to predict the specific failure,so that the testing cycle is long and the cost is high.Therefore,improving the quality of parts has become an important issue that affects the development cycle and cost.Starting from the research of axle-coupled road test,this paper changes the traditional experience-based approach and carries out fatigue test of parts.This change reduces a lot of preparatory work,save costs effectively and shortens the test cycle.
