摘要
采用车轮力传感器与加速度计进行道路行驶载荷谱的测量,对力信号与加速度信号分别进行功率谱密度分析,区分出由驾驶习惯和道路条件引起的载荷。对驾驶习惯与道路条件两种情况引起的载荷与加速度信号分别进行相关分析与统计推断,数据表明推断载荷与实测载荷吻合良好。根据此关系进行中国部分道路行驶载荷的推断,采用程对计数法得到了中国部分道路行驶载荷的累积幅值频次图。
Wheel force transducer and accelerometer are adopted to measure the road load spectrum. Power spectrum density analysis is made for the force and acceleration signals. The load caused by driving maneuver and road conditions is classfied by the PSD analysis. Correlation analysis between the load caused by driving maneuver, road conditions and the acceleration caused by driving maneuver, road conditions is made. Prediction of the road load can be obtained based on the correlation and the test data shows that the predicted load and the measured load is in good accordance. According to the correlation, some typical road load spectrum in China is predicted. With range-pair counting method, the cumulative amplitude-frequency diagrams are got.
