摘要
面对新的发展阶段,高职院校应通过建设产教融合基地,创新双层管理体制机制,打造产教深度融合、功能有机集成、设施设备先进、资源集聚集优、团队结构优化、管理集约高效的产教“共同体”,形成“共建共管共育共享”的产教融合体制机制。
In the new stage of development,higher vocational colleges should construct the integration of production and teaching base,and innovative two-tier management system,in order to form the production and teaching community with deep integration of production and teaching,organic integrating function,developed facilities,gathering resources,optimal team structure,and intensive and efficient management.
