摘要
政府高度重视产教融合、校企合作对推动职业教育健康发展的重要意义,并多次出台相关政策保障其顺利实施。然而,受当前体制机制等多种因素影响,职业教育在深化产教融合、加强校企合作的发展道路上仍然存在诸多滞缓其发展步伐的掣肘因素。为有效化解融而不深、合而不紧的矛盾,需要政府加强宏观统筹推动、行业组织发挥协调指导作用、企业和职业院校共同承担职教主体责任,由多方主体通力协作,让走在产教融合、校企合作改革道路上的职业教育行稳致远。
The government attaches great importance to the integration of industry and education,school-enterprise cooperation in promoting the healthy development of Vocational education,and has issued many policies to ensure its smooth implementation. However, influenced by many factors such as the current system and mechanism,there are still many obstacles to the development of Vocational Education in deepening the integration of industry and education and strengthening the cooperation between schools and enterprises. In order to effectively resolve the contradictions of integration but not deep and integration but not tight,it is necessary for the government to strengthen the macro-coordinated promotion,industry organizations to play a coordinating and guiding role,enterprises and vocational colleges to shoulder the responsibility of the main body of Vocational education,so that vocational education on the road of integration of production and education,school-enterprise cooperation reform can go steadily and far.
