摘要
产教融合是推动新时代职业教育发展的重要战略。"五螺旋"创新组织结构是我国地方高校深化产教融合的最佳选择,政府、行业、高校、企业、中介是深化产教融合的五大协同主体。影响产教融合深化的关键因素有人才、技术、观念、制度、项目、资金、愿景、机构、平台和信息。产教融合不但是各个主体之间的融合,更是各个关键因素之间的融合。
The industry-education integration is a kind of important strategic options for promoting Chinese vocational education in new era. The ＂five spiral＂ innovation organization structure is the best choice for local colleges to promote the industry-education integration. Government, industry, college, enterprise and intermediary are 5 major subjects of the industry-education integration. The key factors to affect the deepening of industry-education integration contain talent, technology, concept, system, project, capital, vision, organization, platform and information. The industry-education integration is not only the integration of various subjects but also the integration of various components.
