摘要
介绍了甘蔗种植机结构特征、控制系统方案、拖拉机及排种器驱动马达速度的检测方法、利用负反馈实现拖拉机行走速度与下种速度同步的方法。根据甘蔗单芽段种植机结构特征,设计一种基于西门子PLC控制的速度同步负反馈控制系统。该系统经过田间试验和数据统计,在拖拉机行走速度变化时,种植机能及时地调整排种器驱动马达转速,且在较短时间内达到理论计算转速,能有效实现单芽段种植机在不同种植农艺下拖拉机行走速度与下种速度的同步变化,保证甘蔗种植密度均匀。
This paper introduces the mechanical structure characteristics of single bud sugarcane planter,the control system scheme,the speed detection method of hydraulic motor and tractor,and the method of synchronizing the traveling speed of tractor with the seed bud following speed by using negative feedback.According to the mechanical structure characteristics of single bud sugarcane planter,in this paper,a speed synchronous negative feedback control system based on Siemens PLC is designed.The field experiments showed that when the tractor’s traveling speed changes,the planter can adjust the speed of the hydraulic driving motor of the seed bud delivering device in time,and the speed can achieve the theoretical calculation one in a relatively short time.It can realize the synchronous change of the planting speed while the tractor’s traveling speed changed under different planting agronomy to ensure the evenness of planting density.
