摘要
为了开发基于虚拟现实技术的液压支架运动仿真交互系统,使用3Ds Max软件调整液压支架 模型的坐标系,建立虚拟场景;再将液压支架模型和虚拟场景导入Unity 3D软件,编写液压支架运动仿真 交互脚本;最后以数据手套作为输入控制设备,并在HTC Vive头戴显示设备中呈现。在3Ds Max中调整坐 标系时,坐标原点并不能准确地捕捉到销轴孔的中心,从而导致在求解运动矢量方程时系数矩阵不准确, 因此提出了基于负反馈机制的改进牛顿迭代法。结果表明,该算法可以有效解决在求解液压支架运动方 程时初始系数矩阵不准确的问题。
In order to develop a hydraulic support motion simulation interactive system based on virtual reality technology,using 3Ds Max software to adjust the coordinate system of the hydraulic support model,establishing a virtual scene, import the hydraulic support model and the virtual scene into Unity 3D software, write the interactive script of the hydraulic support motion simulation. Finally,the system is presented in HTC Vive head-mounted display device and use data gloves as input devices. Because the coordinate origin can not accurately capture the center of pin hole when the coordinate system is adjusted in 3Ds Max,the problem of inaccurate coefficient matrix in solving motion vector equation is caused. So an improved Newton iteration methol based on negative feedback mechanism was presented.The results show that this algorithm can effectively solve the problem of inaccurate initial coefficient matrix in solving the motion equation of the hydraulic support.
