两级沉淀法处理液晶面板生产中含氟废水的研究 被引量:12

Treatment of Fluoride Wastewater in Liquid Crystal Panel Production by Two-stage Precipitation Method

摘要 采用两级沉淀法对某企业液晶面板生产中产生的含氟废水(氟离子浓度为60.5mg/L)进行处理,考察一级沉淀中pH值、氯化钙投加量、聚合氯化铝(PAC)投加量、聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)投加量和二级沉淀中pH值、PAC投加量对氟离子去除率的影响,探讨了两级沉淀法的除氟机理,并采用实际工程验证了两级沉淀法的可行性。试验结果表明,在最优反应条件下,一级和二级沉淀法对氟离子的去除率分别为83.0%和77.6%。实际工程应用中,一级沉淀对氟离子的去除率可以达到70%~85%,出水氟离子浓度基本在10~20 mg/L;两级沉淀法对氟离子的总去除率可以稳定在90%以上,出水浓度低于5 mg/L,能够满足氟离子达标排放的要求。 A two-stage precipitation method was used to treat the fluoride wastewater(containing60.5 mg/L fluoride ion).The effects of pH value,calcium chloride dosage,PAC dosage,PAM dosage in the primary precipitation and pH value and PAC dosage in the secondary precipitation on removal rate of fluoride ion were investigated,the mechanism of fluoride ion removal by the two-stage precipitation method was discussed,and feasibility of the two-stage precipitation method was verified by practical engineering.The results showed that the removal rate of fluoride ion by the primary and secondary precipitation methods could reach 83.0%and 77.6%under the optimal reaction conditions.In practical engineering applications,the removal rate of fluoride ion in primary effluent could reach 70%-85%,and the concentration of fluoride ion in effluent was about 10-20 mg/L;the total removal rate of fluoride ion by the two-stage precipitation method was above 90%,and the concentration of fluoride ion was below 5 mg/L.The results illustrated that the two-stage precipitation method could satisfy the fluoride discharge standard.
