摘要
某光电公司液晶显示屏生产车间产生的含氟废水具有废水排放量大、浓度高、毒性强等特点。以该企业含氟废水处理工程为例,采用两级沉淀法对其进行处理,最终出水满足《污水排入城镇下水道水质标准》和《污水综合排放标准》三级标准。文中主要探讨了该工程设计方案、设计参数及工艺特点,对同类型工程设计具有一定借鉴意义。
The fluoride wastewater produced in the LCD production workshop of a photoelectric company has the characteristics of large amount of wastewater discharge,high concentration and strong toxicity.Taking the wastewater treatment project as an example,the two-stage precipitation method was used to treat the high concentration fluoride wastewater,and the treated water quality meets the requirements of“Wastewater quality standards for discharge to municipal sewers”and the Grade-3 standard density limit of“Integrated wastewater discharge standard”.The treatment process,the design parameters and the design experience are summarized and analyzed,which can be used for reference in the design of similar projects.
