摘要
中国东北冬季供暖期热电联产机组工作在"以热定电"模式,传统的储热系统运行未与风电场联动,仍然存在较多弃风现象。在储热参与风电调峰辅助服务市场上,为了实时跟踪购买弃风电量,文中提出了基于风电场报弃风电量、储热企业报需求函数的日前市场集中交易方式。通过建立多方博弈的储热企业优化需求函数模型,得出市场统一出清电价和弃风认购情况,并针对日内不平衡电量提出日内结算的方法。算例结果表明:所提交易方式能有效地消纳弃风,储热企业在风电充足时投资回报年数较短。
The combined heat and power(CHP) unit in Northeast China during winter heating period is working in the "heat-led" mode. The traditional heat storage system is not connected to the wind farm, and there still are many phenomena of wind abandonment. In the market of heat storage and peak regulation service of wind farm, in order to track and purchase the abandoned wind power in real time, this paper puts forward the day-ahead centralized market trading method based on reported abandoned wind power of wind farm and reported demanded function of heat storage enterprises. Through the establishment of an optimization demand function model of a multi-party game of heat storage enterprises, the market unified clearing electricity price and abandoned wind subscription situation are obtained, and the method of intraday settlement for intraday unbalanced power is proposed. The results of examples show that the proposed trading method can effectively eliminate the abandoned wind, and the heat storage enterprises have a short return on investment when the wind power is sufficient.
