摘要
为调查寒冷地区农村养老建筑冬季室内热舒适情况,对寒冷地区规格为大、中、小的三所养老院分别进行了客观与主观热环境调查。结果表明,农村养老建筑冬季室内实际温度比老人们期待的室内热环境温度要高,老年人期待的舒适程度与实际舒适感受有明显偏差。由此建议,可以根据老年人需求的不同分配住房,同时可以根据当地气温分时间段供暖。
In order to investigate the indoor thermal comfort of rural buildings for the aged in cold regions,the objective and subjective thermal environment surveys were carried out for the three nursing homes in the cold region with large,medium and small sizes.The results show that the actual indoor temperature of the rural buildings for the aged in winter is higher than the temperature of the indoor thermal environment that the old people expect.The actual comfort level of the elderly is deviated from that the elderly expect.It is suggested that the housing can be allocated according to the needs of the elderly,and the heating can be carried out according to the local temperature.
