摘要
在有机质厌氧产甲烷过程中,短链脂肪酸的高效转化是关键步骤之一,而铁氧化物对短链脂肪酸的转化具有强化作用。本文以针铁矿和丙酸钠为代表,考察了铁氧化物添加量(40、200、2000 mg/L)对短链脂肪酸产甲烷过程的影响。结果表明,最高产甲烷效率(89.65%)及最大产甲烷速率(9.95 mL/d)分别发生在40 mg/L针铁矿和2000 mg/L针铁矿的体系中,微生物群落分析表明产乙酸细菌Petrimonas属与乙酸裂解型产甲烷菌Methanothrix属为优势菌种。添加针铁矿可促进丙酸钠产甲烷过程,其转化途径以乙酸裂解耦合种间直接电子传递为主。
High efficient transformation of short-chain fatty acids is one of the key steps in the anaerobic methanogenic process of organic matters.The transformation of short-chain fatty acids can be enhanced by iron oxides.In this paper,the influence of iron oxide dosages of 40、200、2000 mg/L on the anerobic methanogenic process of short-chain fatty acids has been investigated using the goethite and sodium propionate as representatives of the iron oxide and short-chain fatty acid,respectively.The results show that the maximum methane yield of 89.65%was obtained in the system with the goethite dosage of 40 mg/L,but the maximum methane production rate of 9.95 mL/d was obtained in the system with the goethite dosage of 2000 mg/L.Microbial community analytical results show that the Petrimonas genus of acetic acid-producing bacteria and the Methanothrix genus of acetoclastic methaneogenic archaea are dominant in the systems.The dddition of goethite has promoted the anaerobic methanogenic process of short-chain fatty acids by sodium propionate with transformation way of the predominant direct electron transfer between coupled species of acetoclastic methanogenic bacteria.
