加入葡萄糖和含Fe2O3高岭土的培养液在静止状态下恒温厌氧培养,生长的异养微生物能在氧化葡萄糖的同时,使溶解性弱的Fe3+还原成溶解性强的Fe2+,达到去除高岭土中Fe3+的目的。在室温(25℃)条件下对影响Fe3+还原的因素进行了初步研究。
Liquid culture medium with glucose and Fe2O3 containing kaolin was sealed and put in a biochemical culture box under anaerobic conditions for a period of time. There were some indigenous heterotrophic Fe(III)-reducing microorganisms grown in the liquid. Insoluble Fe(III) in the clay particles was leached out as soluble Fe(II), and the Fe(III) reduction reaction was linked with the oxidation of glucose. Fe (III) impurities can be removed from low-quality clay by the action of indigenous heterotrophic Fe(III)-reducing microorganisms. Factors affecting the reduction of Fe (III) were studied at room temperature (25℃).
