摘要
[目的]调查当代大学生慢性腰背痛的患病情况及心理因素对慢性腰背痛的影响。[方法]2017~2018学年度第二学期,以上海交通大学为中心,随机抽取全国各地多所大学的学生进行问卷调查,共发放问卷10000份。问卷内容包括人口统计学因素,腰背痛患病情况,SCL-90自评量表,大学生学习压力及人际关系问题。使用Logistic回归来分析腰背痛的可能危险因素。[结果]10000份问卷总计收回有效问卷8664份,其中男3949份,女4715份,结果显示,大学生慢性腰背痛的患病率为26.62%,其中女生的发病率高于男生。根据SCL-90自评量表,当代大学生存在不同程度的心理问题(31.18%存在抑郁问题,18.32%存在焦虑问题,39.77%存在强迫问题,20.58%存在偏执问题,30.02%存在人际关系敏感问题)。当代大学生大多数面临很大的学习压力(60.39%的同学感觉同学之间竞争激烈,76.85%害怕不能达到自己的目标),人际关系一般(41.82%的同学跟家人会有冲突,34.51%的同学跟同学有冲突)。[结论]当代大学生慢性腰背痛的发病率较高,心理因素(包括学习压力及人际关系问题)对大学生慢性腰背痛的患病率有一定的影响。
[Objective]To investigate the incidence of chronic back pain in college students and the influence of psychological factors on chronic low back pain.[Methods]In the second semester of the 2017-2018 academic year,a total of 10000 students were selected mainly from Shanghai Jiaotong University and a number of universities across the country.The questionnaire included demographic factors,low back pain,SCL-90,stress of college student and interpersonal problems.Logistic regression was used to analyze the potential risk factors for low back pain.[Results]A total of 8664 effective answers were obtained from 10000 questionnaires,including 3949 males and 4715 females.The prevalence of chronic back pain in college students was 26.62%,which in the female was higher than the male.According to the SCL-90,contemporary college students faced different levels of psychological problems,including depression in 31.18%,anxiety in 18.32%,coercion in 39.77%,paranoia in 20.58%,and interpersonal relationship sensitive issues in 30.02%.The majority of contemporary college students faced a lot of study pressure,60.39%of them felt intense competition among the students and 76.85%were afraid of failing to achieve their goals.The human relationships also had some problems,41.82%of the students remained conflicts with their family members and 34.51%remained conflict with classmates.[Conclusion]The incidence of chronic low back pain is relatively high in contemporary college students.Psychological factors,including learning pressure and interpersonal relationship problems,have a certain influence on the prevalence of chronic back pain in college students.
