摘要
目的 了解在校本科护生心理健康的影响因素及其各影响因素之间的作用路径和关联强度。方法 2020年1—3月选取河南省3所本科院校的护理学院390名本科护生作为调查对象,采用基本资料调查表、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表、简易应对方式问卷、心理健康问卷分别对各相关指标进行评定。结果 河南省390名本科护生的心理健康状况总分为(5.12±4.23)分。静坐时间、睡眠质量指数和积极应对与本科护生心理健康状况有关(均P<0.05)。静坐时间、睡眠质量指数和积极应对均可直接影响在校本科护生的心理健康状况(β=0.090、0.358、-0.307,均P<0.05)。同时,静坐时间可通过睡眠质量指数和积极应对间接影响在校本科护生的心理健康状况(β=0.072,P<0.05),睡眠质量指数可通过积极应对间接影响在校本科护生的心理健康状况(β=0.058,P<0.05)。结论 静坐时间、睡眠质量指数和积极应对可分别对河南省3所院校在校本科护生的心理健康状况产生直接作用;而静坐时间也可通过睡眠质量指数和积极应对、睡眠质量指数可通过积极应对对本科护生的心理健康状况产生间接作用。护理本科院校教育者和管理者应采取多种方式帮助护生减少静坐时间和改善睡眠质量、引导学生采取积极应对方式,以提高其心理健康状况。
Objective To understand the influencing factors of undergraduate nursing students’ mental health,and the path relationship and correlation strength among the variables.Methods From January to March 2020,a total of 390 undergraduate nursing students from nursing colleges of three undergraduate colleges in Henan Province were selected as the survey objects.The basic information questionnaire,Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale,simple coping style questionnaire and mental health questionnaire were used to evaluate the relevant indicators.Results The undergraduate nursing students’ mental health status score was(5.12±4.23)points.The sitting time,sleep quality index and positive coping were associated with mental health statusamongundergraduate nursing students(all P<0.05).The sitting time,sleep quality index and positive coping could directly affectthe mental health of undergraduate nursing students(β=0.090,0.358,-0.307,all P<0.05).Meanwhile,sitting time had the indirect impact on undergraduate nursing students’ mental health status through the mediating role of sleep quality index and positive coping(β=0.072,P<0.05),and sleep quality index had the impact on undergraduate nursing students’ mental health status through the mediating role of positive coping(β=0.058,P<0.05).Conclusion The sitting time,sleep quality index and positive coping can directly affect the mental health of undergraduate nursing students in three colleges in Henan Province.The sitting time can also indirectly affect the mental health status of undergraduate nursing students through sleep quality index and positive coping,and sleep quality index can also indirectly affect it through positive coping.Educators and managers of colleges should take measures to help nursing students reduce their sitting time,improve their sleep quality,and guide students to adopt positive coping stylesto improve their mental health.
