摘要
硅钙合金是由元素硅、钙和铁组成的一种较理想的复合脱氧剂、脱硫剂。通常含硅55%耀65%,能改善钢的性能,提高钢的塑性、冲击韧性和流动性,广泛应用于优质钢、特殊钢和特殊合金生产中。目前硅钙合金产品质量参差不齐,部分不法厂商为了自己的利益,加入二氧化硅等非有效组分,虽满足了硅钙产品中总硅的含量,但是有效硅的组分不能满足技术要求,无法达到脱氧效果,直接影响炼钢产品的质量。本方法的成功研究及应用能及时杜绝公司购买到假冒伪劣产品,对进厂硅钙合金进行质量监控,提供结算依据,更好的控制炼钢产品质量.
CaSi alloy is an idea compound deoxidizer and desulfurizer composed of elements of Si,Ca and Fe.Generally,it consists of 55-65%Si.It can improve the properties of steel such as plasticity,impact toughness and fluidity.It is widely used in the production of high quality steel,special steel and alloy.At present,the quality of CaSi alloy products is inconsistent.Some unscrupulous manufacturers add non-effective components such as SiO2 into CaSi alloy for their own benefit.In this way,although the total silicon content in CaSi alloy products which consists of both the silicon in SiO2 and the elementary silicon seems like enough,the effective silicon content(elementary silicon content)can't meet the technical requirement of effective deoxidization,which directly influences the quality of steel products.The successful study and application of spectrophotometry can prevent my company from buying fake and inferior CaSi alloy products in time,monitor the quality of incoming CaSi alloy products,provide settlement basis and better ensure the quality of steel products.
