硅钙合金中硅含量快速测定方法的研究

摘要 硅钙合金中硅含量的快速测定程序为:将试样溶解于存放在较大容积的塑料杯中的硝酸和氢氟酸中,并吸取少量这种溶液作为母液;用草酸排除铁、磷、砷等元素的干扰,用硫酸亚铁铵还原母液使其生成稳定的硅钼杂多酸;根据硅钼杂多酸吸光度与硅含量之间的线性关系计算出硅含量值。结果表明,计算的硅钙合金中的硅含量与采用质量法测定的硅含量数据基本一致。 The sequences of rapidly determining silicon content in calcium-silicon alloy comprised the fonowing:(a)to dissolve the sample into both nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid in a larger-capacity plastic cup,and to take a small amount of this solution as liquor;(b)to remove interference of elements such as iron,phosphorus,arsenic and so on with oxalic acid,and to reduce the liquor with ammonium ferrous sulfate to cause it to form stable silicomolybdic acid;(c) to calculate silicon content according to a linear relationship between the light absorbance of silicomolybdic acid and the silicon content.The results indicated that the silicon content in the calcium-silicon alloy calculated accorded largely with one measured by the mass method.
