摘要
在测定不同的超纯铁精粉的二氧化硅含量时发现,用硅钼蓝光度法测得的二氧化硅含量和盐酸脱水后的酸不溶物的含量有大致相同的比例关系。通过大量样品的测试数据计算后比较可得出一经验系数K,用K乘以酸不溶物含量即可得出二氧化硅含量。该法简单、快速、节约成本、节省时间,同光度法比较分析误差符合规范要求。该法适用于同一产地,同一选矿流程,能连续大量生产的超纯铁精粉的分析。
It was discovered in the determination of silica in different ultrapure iron powders that the percentage of silica content measured by silicon molybdenum blues photometry is similar to that of acid-insoluble matter after hydrochloric acid dehydration.An empirical coefficient K can be obtained by comparing the test data of a large number of samples.The content of silica can be obtained by multiplying K by the content of acid insoluble matter.The method is simple,fast,cost-and timesaving.Compared with photometry,its analytical error meets the requirement.This method is suitable for the analysis of ultrapure iron powder mass-produced from the same producing area and the same processing process.
