摘要
基于核心素养的基本框架,并以商务英语专业的人才培养模式为例,通过调查问卷分析等方式,具体探究核心素养在英语专业人才培养方案中的薄弱之处。针对亟待完善的商务英语专业核心素养体系,吸纳、整合、重组现有的培养模式。并从改良课程设置、创新评价系统、加强教师队伍建设三方面优化商务英语专业学生核心素养的人才培养模式。
Based on the basic framework of key competence and took the training mode of business English major as an example, the weaknesses of key competence in the training program of English professionals has been explored specifically through questionnaire analysis and so on. The existing training mode has to be absorbed, integrated and reorganized to improve the key competence system of business English. From the three aspects of improving the curriculum setting, innovating the evaluation system, and strengthening the construction of teachers’ team, the training mode of key competence of business English majors is optimized.
