摘要
外防腐层和阴极保护系统是否完整是目前影响在役钢制油气管道腐蚀的主要因素,根据直流电位梯度法、交流电位梯度法、多频管中电流法、密间隔电位测量法的特点进行分类,选取了3种不同类型集输管线进行检测,并通过直接开挖进行了验证:对于无阴极保护的单井及站间管道的外腐蚀检测可采用交流电位梯度法加多频管中电流法技术;对于有阴极保护的站间管道可采用直流电位梯度法加密间隔电位测量法技术。不同检测方法的组合可有效地检测评价外防腐层的腐蚀缺陷情况和阴极保护的有效性,为管道管理者提供科学、精确的防腐数据,也为后续的修复提供科学依据。
Whether external anticorrosive coating and cathodic protection system is complete or not is the main factor affecting the steel corrosion of oil and gas pipeline in service.The direct current voltage gradient(DCVG),alternating current voltage gradient(ACVG),pipeline current mapper(PCM),close interval potential survey(CIPS)detection methods are classified according to the characteristics.Three kinds of different types of gathering pipeline are selected and tested,and is verified by direct excavation.For external corrosion detection for single well and pipeline between stations without cathodic protection,ACVG and PCM technology can be used;for pipeline between stations with cathodic protection,DCVG and CIPS technology can be used.The combination of different detection methods can effectively test and evaluate the corrosion defects of the external anticorrosive coating and the effectiveness of cathodic protection.It provides scientific and accurate anticorrosive data for pipeline management personnel,and provide scientific basis for subsequent repair.
