在役油气管道外腐蚀检测评价技术简析 被引量:2

摘要 腐蚀是影响管道完整性和可靠性的重要因素,目前中国的在役油气管道在投产1~2年后普遍会发生不同程度的腐蚀穿孔现象,造成油、气泄漏。针对该问题,有计划地开展在役油气管道的外腐蚀检测评价显得尤为重要。通过对直流电位梯度法(DCVG)、交流电位梯度法(ACVG)、皮尔逊法(Pearson)、多频管中电流法(PCM)、密间隔电位测量法(CIPS)等检测技术进行梳理和比较,并对间接检测结果进行了分级,检测结果可以为下一步直接检测、开挖验证提供数据指导,为管理者提供科学、系统的防腐系统数据。 Corrosion is an important factor affecting the integrity and reliability of pipelines.At present,the oil and gas pipelines in China have different degrees of corrosion and perforation site after serving for 1 2 years in production,and resulting in oil and gas leakage.In view of the problem,it is particularly important to carry out the external corrosion inspection and evaluation of oil and gas pipelines in service in a planned way.By sorting out and comparing direct current voltage gradient(DCVG),Alternating Current voltage gradient (ACVG),Pearson method,pipeline current mapper (PCM),close interval pipeline survey(CIPS) and other detection technologies,the indirect detection results are classified.The detection results can provide data guidance for next direct detection and excavation verification.It provides scientific and systematic anti-corrosion system data for superintendent.
