摘要 长输管道的腐蚀绝大部分为外部腐蚀,因此准确检测和评价防腐层的状况是保证管道安全运行的基础。文中介绍了用多频管中电流法(PCM)对管道防腐层破损点进行检测的原理及防腐层安全评价方法,结合PCM对广东某长输天然气管道的现场试验,验证了该方法的准确性和科学性,同时,根据现场经验,给出了PCM在使用过程中的建议与注意事项,并展望了PCM检测技术在应用中存在的不足。 Corrosion of the long-distance pipeline almost was external corrosion, and therefore accurately detecting and eval- uating the condition of the anticorrosion coating was the basis for the safe operation of the pipeline. This paper introduced the principle of pipeline coating damage point detection and safety assessment methods of the anticorrosion coating with PCM technol- ogy. Combining with PCM technology on long-distance gas pipeline field tests in Guangdong province, the accuracy and scienti- ficity of the method were veried. Meanwhile, according to field experience, recommendations and precautions were given in the course of PCM technology, and deficiencies existing in the application of PCM technology were prospected.
