摘要
目的分析耳显微手术治疗慢性中耳炎患者的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月至2018年10月我院收治的慢性中耳炎患者50例,随机分为两组各25例。对照组实施传统鼓膜置管术治疗,实验组实施显微镜下鼓膜置管术治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果,治疗前后平均气导听阈和气骨导差,以及并发症。结果实验组的治疗总有效率为96.00%,显著高于对照组的72.00%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的平均气导听阈、气骨导差无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组患者的平均气导听阈、气骨导差均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组的并发症发生率为8.00%,显著低于对照组的32.00%(P<0.05)。结论耳显微手术治疗慢性中耳炎的效果显著,可有效改善患者的听力水平,安全性较高,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of otomicrosurgery in the treatment of patients with chronic otitis media.Methods 50 patients with chronic otitis media admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional grommet insertion, and the experimental group was treated with grommet insertion under microscope. The clinical curative effect, the average air conduction hearing threshold and air-bone-gap before and after treatment, and the complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment of the experimental group was 96.00%, significantly higher than 72.00% of the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, no statistical difference was found between the two groups in the average air conduction hearing threshold and air-bone-gap(P>0.05);After treatment, the average air conduction hearing threshold and air-bone-gap of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of complications of the experimental group was 8.00%, significantly lower than 32.00% of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Otomicrosurgery in the treatment of chronic otitis media has significant effect and high safety, and can effectively improve patients’ hearing level, which is worthy of promotion.
