摘要
目的对慢性化脓性胆脂瘤型中耳炎患者应用耳内镜手术治疗的效果进行探讨。方法选取96例慢性化脓性胆脂瘤型中耳炎患者作为研究对象,将其均分为观察组和对照组,分别给予耳内镜手术治疗和鼓风成形手术治疗,每组各48例患者。就不同手术方法的应用效果展开对比,总结治疗经验。结果从治疗总有效率评估手术方法,观察组高于对照组,即(97.92%>79.17%),数据之间经χ~2检验,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为了尽快改善患者的听力,提高治疗总有效率,建议临床对慢性化脓性胆脂瘤型中耳炎患者应用耳内镜手术进行治疗。
Objective To explore the effect of endoscopic sinus surgery in patients with chronic suppurative cholesteatoma otitis media. Methods 96 cases of patients with chronic suppurative cholesteatoma otitis media were selected as the subjects. The patients were divided into two groups： the observation group and the control group. The patients were treated with endoscopic surgery and blast surgery Treatment, each group of 48 patients, the effect of different surgical methods to start a comparison, summed up the treatment experience. Results The total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group（97.92% 〉79.17%）. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion In order to improve the hearing of patients as soon as possible to improve the total effective rate of treatment, it is recommended that patients with chronic suppurative cholesteatoma otitis media should be treated with endoscopic surgery.
