现代学徒制背景下职业教育“工匠精神”的培育 被引量:16

摘要 在现代学徒制研究背景下,从工匠精神的内涵出发,分析古代学徒制下"工匠精神"的历史意蕴,和现代学徒制下"工匠精神"的时代表征,提出"工匠精神"培育必须"扎根"于现代学徒制中,培养符合企业需求高素质技术技能型人才。弘扬工匠精神要从多个维度去认识其时代价值重塑,提出以转变价值观念为先决条件、思想政治教育为主要阵地、专业课程教学为有效途径、实践教育为有力抓手、校园文化为有效载体等方面共同探讨现代学徒制下工匠精神的培养策略。 In the context of the modern apprenticeship research,from the connotation of the craftsman spirit,the historical implication of the "artisan spirit" under the ancient apprenticeship and the era representation of the "artisan spirit" under the modern apprenticeship are analyzed.The "artisan spirit" cultivation should be "rooted" in the modern apprenticeship system to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents that meet the needs of enterprises.Carrying forward the spirit of artisans should understand the reshaping of the values of the times from multiple dimensions.The cultivation strategy of the craftsman spirit under the modern apprenticeship is explored by proposing to change the values as the preconditions,ideological and political education as the main position,professional curriculum teaching as an effective way,practical education as a powerful grasp,and campus culture as effective.
