摘要
目的将慕课教学方式引入耳鼻喉科的教学中观察其教学效果,探索在耳鼻喉教学中新的教学方法。方法在研究中将本校临床专业大学四年级学生分为教改组和对照组。对照组应用常规的传统的课堂讲授为主授课方式。教改组进行教学改革,在教学过程中引入慕课教学方式。课程结束后,对两组学生统一进行考试同时以问卷的方式进行调查,评估教学效果。结果教改组的考试成绩较对照组明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。教改组对授课的满意度较对照组明显高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将慕课教学方式引入传统教学可以提高教学效果,可以成为耳鼻喉科新的教学方式。
Objective To explore the influence of Massive open online course on the traditional teaching mode of medical colleges and universities.Methods The clinical medical students in our hospital were divided into control group and experiment group.The students in the control group adopted the traditional teaching methods.The students in experiment group drew into the scene teaching resources in the teaching process and adopted the flipped classroom teaching mode.After the end of the teaching,the students accepted the examination evaluation and questionnaire survey to evaluate the teaching effect of the two groups,of students.Results Compared with the students in the control group,the students in the experimental group had higher scores in examination,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The students in the experimental group had satisfied better than the students in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Moocs on the traditional teaching mode has significant effect on improving learning ability.
