摘要
危重病医学涉及多学科内容,床旁操作多,临床见习课尤为重要。然而危重患者病情瞬息万变,监护及生命支持设备多,并不适合进行传统床旁临床见习。目前关于重症医学临床见习课混合教学模式的研究较少。本文通过探讨线上慕课混合线下情景模拟的教学方式,探索实现教学相长的教学模式。
Critical care medicine involves multi-disciplinary content and many bedside operations.The course for clinical internship is particularly important.However,the state of critically ill patients is changing rapidly,and there are many monitoring and life support equipment,which is not suitable for traditional bedside clinical internship.At present,there are few studies on the mixed teaching mode of clinical probation course of critical medicine.This paper addresses the teaching method of massive open online course(MOOC)and offline scene simulation,and explores the teaching mode of teaching and learning.
