摘要
人力资源管理是现代企业管理的重要内容,企业生命周期理论是当前研究管理问题的一个重要理论。探讨海外企业生命周期不同阶段的特点,梳理出相对应的人力资源管理模式,并实现企业生命周期发展阶段与人力资源管理模式有效匹配,已经成为决定海外企业生存与发展的关键核心因素。
Human resource management is an important part of modern enterprise management while enterprise life cycle theory is an important theory of current research management problems. Exploring the characteristics of different stages of the life cycle of overseas enterprises, combing out the corresponding human resource management model, and effectively matching the development stage of the enterprise life cycle with the human resource management model have become the key factors determining the survival and development of overseas enterprises.
