摘要
针对高压注射泵微型化发展过程中难以实现超微流量的精确计量与稳定输送等难题,采用四级注射泵单元设计,基于分级联控技术,通过步进电机细分,实现纳升/微升/毫升多尺度下高压流体的输送与计量。为了实现注射泵在高压工况下工作的要求,从材料、密封等方面进行相关的选型设计。ANSYS CFD模拟分析结果验证了注射泵在高压工况下恒定流动的可行性。
Considering difficulties in accurately measuring and stably transporting the ultra-micro flow in the miniaturization development of high pressure injection pumps,a four-stage injection pump was designed and the hierarchical joint control technology and stepping motor subdivision were based to achieve both transportation and measurement of nL/μL/mL of fluids.For purpose of ensuring the injection pump’s operation at high pressure,both selection and design was carried out from the aspects of material,seal and so on.Simulation with ANSYS CFD verifies the feasibility of injection pump’s constant flow under high pressure.
