摘要
针对目前市场上微量注射泵的不足之处,在分析国内外微量注射泵研究现状的基础上,采用单片机作为主要的控制核心,设计了具有匀加减速注射功能的微量注射泵。重点是设计RS-485通信接口实现了上位机对注射泵的控制,并且可同时控制多台微量注射泵进行工作。实验证明:微量注射泵在应用中经济简便、性能稳定、操作精准,适用于精密流体传输。
Aiming at the deficiency of micro-injection pumps and basing on analyzing micro-injection pumps at home and abroad,a SCM-cored micro-injection pump which boasting of constant acceleration and deceleration injection was designed,in which,the RS-485 communication interface can implement the PC control on one or many micro-injection pumps.Experimental results prove its low cost and convenience and stable performance and accuracy in operation.It can be applied to transferring precision fluid.
