摘要
目的:研制一种无电源医用输液泵。方法:采用发条储能,经过变速器调速输出,带动泵头蠕动,挤压输液导管,控制输液速度。结果:发条代替传统电动机驱动蠕动泵的转动,无级变速器实现发条输出的控制,保证药液能够速度均匀、药量准确并且安全地进入患者体内,发挥治疗作用。结论:该研究在野战作业时具有较强的可操作性和实际意义,也可用于医用高压氧舱内等对电源有特殊要求的治疗环境下的医疗输液。
Objective To develop a passive infusion pump.Methods The energy was stored by the spring and then output with regulated speed by the transmission,then the pump head was forced to move slowly to crush the tubing to control the infusion speed.Results The spring toke the place of the traditional motor to drive peristaltic pump and stepless transmission was used to control the output of the spring,then the medicine could be infused evenly and accurately.Conclusion The passive infusion pump is of great significance for medical treatment in the field and in special environments with requirements for power source such as HBO chamber.
