摘要
介绍了烷基化废酸的4种处理工艺。对高温裂解烷基化废酸工艺锅炉堵塞的原因进行了探讨,提出了相应的解决措施。通过采用以压缩空气为雾化介质的废酸喷枪、前端增加过滤器、提高焚烧炉温度和氧含量等措施,可有效减小酸滴粒径,提高雾化效果,减少金属聚合物产生,从而防止锅炉堵塞,保证废酸裂解完全。
Four treatment processes of alkylated waste acid were introduced.The causes of blockage in boilers of high temperature cracking alkylation waste acid process were discussed,and the corresponding solutions were put forward.By adopting waste acid gun with compressed air as atomizing medium,increasing filter at the front end,increasing incinerator temperature and oxygen content,the size of acid droplets can be effectively reduced,the atomization effect can be improved,the production of metal polymers can be reduced,the blockage of boilers can be prevented,and the complete cracking of waste acid can be ensured.
