摘要
通过对3种烷基化废硫酸裂解工艺的比较,认为采用废硫酸裂解炉+余热锅炉+空气预热器工艺成熟可靠,经济性好。建议有条件时可采用富氧作为废硫酸裂解的燃烧空气。对废硫酸裂解炉、空气预热器、余热锅炉和空气预热器堵塞、稀硫酸处理等几个方面进行了深入分析、探讨,提出了解决问题的思路和应对方案。
The comparison among three thermal cracking processes of the alkylated waste sulphuric acid indicated that the technol- ogy of waste sulphuric acid cracking furnace + waste heat boiler + air preheater was a fully developed, reliable, and cost-effective technology. It suggests that the oxygen-enriched air can be used as the combustion air to thermal cracking waste sulphuric acid when operation conditions allow. The waste sulphuric acid cracking furnace, air preheater, waste heat boiler and air preheater congestion, and diluted acid treatment were thoroughly discussed, and innovate ideas and solutions were proposed.
