摘要
结合现有的喷雾焙烧酸再生技术资料与工艺参数,通过AnsysCFX流体分析软件,对焙烧炉内的温度分布进行了数值模拟分析,其结果与实际工艺参数相符合.在此基础上进一步模拟分析了焙烧炉内的温度、负压、速度与氧气分布规律,得到了关键位置的工艺参数的模拟数值,为焙烧炉的设计及工艺确定提供参考.
The temperature field in spray roast for spent hydrochloric acid regeneration from cold rolling pickling line is numerically simulated by ANSYS CFX according to the process parameters from existing articles and papers. The simulation results of temperature distribution are in accordance with real working conditions. Furthermore, the distribution rules of temperature, pressure, velocity and oxygen in the furnace are achieved. The numerical values of the above parameters in the key location are also obtained. These results may be referencial for the spray roast furnace structure design and process parameters determination.
