摘要
简要介绍了首钢集团引进的美国ISSI酸再生系统生产工艺,分析了ISSI酸再生系统和欧洲ANDRITZ酸再生系统的差异,并对其副产品氧化铁粉的物理化学指标进行了检测分析。结果表明,首钢ISSI酸再生系统生产的氧化铁粉达到国标YHT1的要求,其品质达到ANDRITZ酸再生系统的氧化铁粉水平,可以满足中高端铁氧体材料的生产对氧化铁原料的性能要求。
This article briefly introduces the process of hydrochloric acid regeneration introduced from American ISSI by cold rolling mill. Differences between ISSI and ANDRITZ system are analyzed. Physical and chemical properties of ferric oxide powder produced by ISSI system are systematically tested. It shows that ferric oxide powder prepared form Shougang ISSI hydrochloric acid regeneration system meets the requirements of national standard YHT1, and the quality reaches that of ANDRITZ hydrochloric acid regeneration system, meeting the requirement for producing middle and high grade ferrite materials.
