摘要
机组由于存在不同专业类型的多种缺陷,在运行中出现多处高频故障点,这些问题使得整个系统工艺功能紊乱,系统严重失稳,使得产品质量不稳定,并且设备高频损坏。由于机组系统非常复杂,单一的手段和方法无法解决。本文借助系统工程方法里的目标—手段、因果分析方法确定系统里需要优先改善的缺陷点,通过对这些缺陷点的逐步改善,提高了机组的系统稳定性。
There are different realm kind of many disadvantage in the prouducing line,when high frequency trouble point breaking out emerged from this line running.Those made this processing function of system disorder,and system lose stabilization.Instability made product bad quality,andequipmentdamaged in high frequency.Single and simply means and method could not sovle this complicated system problem.The first meliorating disadvantage should be confirmed by object-means and cause and effect analyzing method in system engineering.This producing system became more steady by meliorating disadvantage step by step.
