摘要
随着某冷轧酸轧机组高强钢排量的增加,带钢酸洗过程产生了大量的硅泥进入酸再生脱硅系统,会引起管道、石墨换热器、石墨冷却器阀门等淤堵,造成能耗上升,产能下降,严重制约了系统正常运行。为此设计了一套用于ISSI酸再生机组的热碱液清洗硅泥系统,并进行了优化。
With the increase of high-strength steel displacement in cold and acid rolling mill,a large amount of slime is generated in the acid regeneration and desilication system during the pickling process of strip steel,which will cause blockage of pipes,graphite heat exchangers,graphite cooler valves,etc.,resulting in increased energy consumption and decreased productivity,and seriously restricting the normal operation of the system.A hot lye cleaning system for ISSI acid regenerating unit is designed and optimized.
