This article has described the preparation of SiO2 dispersion and silica sol, compared the performance of both products, and discussed the dependence of the viscosity of SiO2 dispersion on the SiO2 concentration and pH value, concentration of SiO2 dispersion on the ageing time and theζ potential of SiO2 dispersion on the pH value.
