摘要
介绍了含钠钾盐废硫酸再生过程中存在的问题,为了确保裂解炉长周期运行,进行了耐火砖对钠钾盐的耐受性试验。以高铝砖和刚玉砖为基材制成两种配方的耐火砖,再取两种耐火砖分别涂抹专用涂料制成挂釉耐火砖,模拟实际工况配置混合盐进行侵蚀性试验。试验结果表明,挂釉耐火砖能够耐受钠钾盐的侵蚀,具备工业应用的可行性。
The problems in the regeneration process of waste sulphuric acid containing sodium and potassium salts are introduced.In order to ensure the long-term operation of the cracking furnace,the resistance test of refractory bricks to sodium and potassium salts is conducted.Two formulations of refractory bricks are made using high alumina bricks and corundum bricks as the base material,and then two types of refractory bricks are coated with special coatings to make glazed refractory bricks,and simulate actual working conditions and configure mixed salt for erosion testing.The experimental results indicate that glazed refractory bricks can withstand the erosion of sodium and potassium salts,and have the feasibility of industrial application.
