摘要
目的探讨美托洛尔联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压合并冠心病的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年10月至2018年10月收治的原发性高血压合并冠心病患者90例进行研究,以双色球随机分组法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组采用苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,观察组采用美托洛尔联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗。比较两组患者血压变化、临床疗效及心功能改善情况。结果治疗后,两组收缩压、舒张压均明显降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为97.78%,显著高于对照组的82.22%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者LVEF、CI显著升高,LVEDd、LVESd显著降低,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论美托洛尔联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压合并冠心病能够促进患者血压有效降低,提高临床疗效,改善患者心功能,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of metoprolol combined with amlodipine besylate in the treatment of essential hypertension with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 90 patients with essential hypertension and coronary heart disease admitted in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were selected for study. The patients were divided into control group and observation group by double color ball random grouping method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with amlodipine besylate, and the observation group was treated with metoprolol combined with amlodipine besylate. The changes of blood pressure, clinical effect and improvement of cardiac function were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups decreased significantly, and those in the observation group were lower the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.78%, which was significantly higher than 82.22% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, LVEF and CI in the two groups increased significantly, while LVEDd and LVESd decreased significantly, and those in the observation group were better than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Metoprolol combined with amlodipine besylate in the treatment of essential hypertension with coronary heart disease can promote the effective reduction of blood pressure, improve the clinical efficacy and cardiac function of patients, which is worth promoting.
