摘要
目的:探究苯磺酸氨氯平片结合美托洛尔治疗老年高血压合并心力衰竭患者的临床效果与安全性。方法:收治高血压合并心力衰竭老年患者60例,平分两组。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用苯磺酸氨氯平片结合美托洛尔治疗,比较两组治疗的效果和安全性。结果:治疗后观察组收缩压、舒张压水平降低显著优于对照组;治疗后两组心功能相关指标包括LVEF升高、LVEDd下降、 LVESd下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中观察组LVEF升高程度、LVEDd、LVESd降低程度均较对照组显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于老年性原发性高血压合并心力衰竭患者采用苯磺酸氨氯地平片结合美托洛尔治疗有非常好的疗效,且安全性高。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of amlodipine besylate tablets and metoprolol in the treatment of senile essential hypertension complicated with heart failure.Methods:60 cases of senile essential hypertension complicated with heart failure were selected,they were divided into the two groups on average,the control group was treated with conventional treatment,while the observation group was treated with amlodipine besylate combined with metoprolol,the efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group.After treatment,the indexes of cardiac function in the two groups including elevation of LVEF,decrease of LVEDd and decrease of LVESd were statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of LVEF increased,LVEDd decreased and LVESd decreased in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Amlodipine besylate tablets combined with metoprolol is effective and safe in the treatment of senile essential hypertension complicated with heart failure.
