摘要
文章梳理了高层建筑的成长历史,并讨论其面临的发展契机。高层建筑是城市的某种精神象征,商业开发推动其成长,却使其成为封闭系统与城市隔离当前,越来越多的高层建筑通过增加公共性为都市人居做出积极贡献并推动垂直城市的可持续发展。未来,有必要通过多种途径将高层建筑作为三维城市框架的重要元素,重塑新时代的城市精神。
This article reviews the growth historyof tall buildings and discusses their developmentopportunities. Tall buildings are the symbols of thecity's spirit. Commercial development promotes theirgrowth, but also makes them a closed system isolatedfrom the city. At present, more and more tall buildingsmake positive contributions to urban habitat andpromote the sustainable development of verticalcities by increasing their publicness. In the future,it is necessary to take tall buildings as an importantelement of the three-dimensional urban framework invarious ways to reshape the urban spirit of the new era.
