摘要
在我国城市更新逐渐由增量更新转化为存量更新的大背景下,新一代铁路交通枢纽的建设采用“以公共交通为导向的开发模式”(TOD)与城市协调发展。该文结合工程实例,论述了TOD与“站城一体化”的现实逻辑,总结了“站城一体化”的交通枢纽的基本特征,并指出了当前存在的主要问题。
Under the background that China's urban renewal is gradually transformed from incremental renewal to stock renewal,the.construction of the new railway transpor tation hub adopts the"Transit Oriented Development",which develops in harmony with the city.Combined with an engineering example,we discuss the realistic logic of TOD and"station-city integration",then we summarize the basic characteristics of the transpor tation hub of'station-city integration",and point out the main existing problems at present.
