摘要
为解决海洋馆建设中因大面积亚克力玻璃板施工现场运输及吊装安装存在的困难,根据设计及施工现场条件,选取了桅杆式吊装、轮式起重机吊装及履带式起重机吊装方案作为设计方案进行对比与分析,最终采用了履带式起重机吊装方案,使得施工全过程安全稳定,且提高了施工效率。同时,利用有限元计算方法校核各施工阶段下亚克力玻璃板的受力形态,并给出吊装风载较大时的加强措施,保证了施工的安全可靠与有效。
In order to solve the difficulties existing in transportation,hoisting and installation of acrylic glass panel on the construction site due to large area of aquarium construction,the mast hoisting,wheeled crane hoisting and caterpillar crane hoisting schemes are selected as the design schemes for comparison and analysis according to the design and construction site conditions.Finally,the caterpillar crane hoisting scheme is adopted,which makes the whole construction process safe and stable,and increases the construction efficiency.At the same time,the stress form of acrylic glass panel under different construction stages is checked by finite element calculation method,and the strengthening measures are given when the wind load is large,and the safety,reliability and effectiveness of the construction are ensured accordingly.
